These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Playtlka Holding Corp ("Playtlka", "we", "us"), 8 Hachoshlim St, Herzliya, 4672408, Israel. They govern access to playtlkagames.com (the "Website") and use of the social games published there (the "Games").

By accessing the Website or playing any Game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Games.

• "Virtual Currency" means coins, credits, points or similar in-game units with no monetary value outside the Game.
• "Social Game" means entertainment software that simulates game mechanics without offering real-money wagering or cash-out.

2. Eligibility and age

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playtlka Holding Corp from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for users accessing the Services from the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
